About Me

I’m currently a grad student on the MFT/LPCC track in the Master of Science in Clinical Psychology program at Notre Dame de Namur University, and the coordinator for StarVista’s clinical training program. In August 2025, I’ll begin my traineeship working with youth and families.

Before heading down this path towards becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades working at the intersections of leadership and personal development, supporting people through life transitions and career development, both in and out of the workplace. I’ve worked in project management, publishing, mobile marketing, and as a holistic life coach, and I am also a parent to two teenagers. Each chapter has shaped how I show up: with empathy, insight, and a strong belief in people’s capacity to grow.

While my work now has a new focus, it’s still rooted in the same values: show up with care, meet people where they are, and trust in the powerful process of becoming.
